Recipe Ideas

Here are some recipe ideas for cooking sliced chicken breast.

Sautéed Chicken with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

4 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:

Season the sliced chicken breast with salt, pepper, and the flour.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice and cook for an additional minute.

Serve the sautéed chicken with lemon and garlic with a side of roasted vegetables or pasta and enjoy!

Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup of breadcrumbs

1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cup of marinara sauce

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper.

In a shallow dish, beat the eggs. In another shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Dip each slice of chicken in the beaten eggs and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with the marinara sauce.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Bake the chicken parmesan in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy!

Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

2 tablespoons of oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow onion, sliced

2 cups of broccoli florets

1/2 cup of stir-fry sauce

Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil over high heat.

Add the sliced chicken to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.

Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli to the wok and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the stir-fry sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.

Serve the stir-fried chicken with vegetables over a bed of cooked rice. Enjoy!
